Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Some items (due to supplier location or demand) may take 7–15 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products, but due to the nature of dropshipping and fulfillment logistics, we have specific return guidelines.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Must include all original tags and components
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Fees & Restocking

Due to the costs associated with reverse logistics, inspection, and supplier restocking, the following fees apply:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 15–25% will be deducted from the refund amount

This aligns with standard ecommerce and wholesale practices, where restocking fees commonly fall in the 15–25% range to offset handling and inventory loss .

Additionally, returns typically cost businesses $10–$65 per item to process, which is why fees are necessary in many ecommerce and dropshipping operations .


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping issues)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost

No restocking fees will be charged for defective or incorrect items.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for funds to appear
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled
